COVID-19 has upended everything in our lives since mid-March 2020

At Chabad Cayman we immediately pivoted to online programs and classes, Kosher food distributions and socially distanced wellness checkups.

Hebrew School, JUDA Enrichment and Teen club all continued, virtually.

Passover, Lag B'Omer and Shavuot were enhanced by special holiday packages.

We are grateful to Hashem that Cayman is now Covid free and that we were able to resume in-person classes, activities and Shabbat services at the Cayman Jewish Center.

Our Children enjoyed a fantastic Summer of Judaism through the He(Art)s, Kids in the Kitchen and JLI course for our Teens.

It was delightful watching them reconnecting with their friends after 4 months of lock-down.

While the borders of the Cayman Islands are closed for the time being, we are looking forward to celebrating a meaningful High Holidays with the local Jewish community on island.

The Cayman Jewish Community Center is located at 7 Mile Shops. Feel free to stop by to pray, Study, Chat, or to procure Kosher food supplies,  We look forward to seeing you!

We pray to G‑d that you and yours are safe and healthy, and that you encounter only blessings and good fortune in all aspects of your life.

PARTNER WITH US DURING THESE CHALLENGING TIMES

We are praying for everyone’s safety and a healthy return back to a new 'normal’ as soon as possible, please G‑d.

It's hard for everyone, and for many it's impossible.

In recent weeks and months Chabad Cayman has provided not just spiritual and emotional comfort for our community, but also helping with the physical and financial needs for our disadvantaged families.

We have had to pivot quickly. We have moved our JUDA and Hebrew school online, introduced new classes via Zoom, and provided families way to celebrate Passover with our Seder at Home selection.

Now as the Cayman Islands cautiously rolling back all but the most basic COVID-19 prevention measures, we are once again able to reopen our physical doors.

Please partner with us, to continue to bring Judaism and comfort to our community during this unprecedented crisis by making a gift to support the Chabad Cayman Jewish Community.

Donations can be made to our Cayman National Bank Account:

Thank you for your tremendous support during this crisis.

May G‑d bless you and your families to always be in a position of giving.
