The Chabad Cayman Jewish Community hosted a sold-out Evening with Holocaust survivor Eva Schloss - stepsister of Anne Frank, on Monday March 6th, 2017 at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

Introduction by Rabbi Berel Pewzner. The conversation with Eva begins at 11:40, and was conducted by Mrs. Rikal Pewzner, Co-Director of Chabad of the Cayman Islands.

Eva shared memories of her legendary Step-sister Anne Frank as well as her personal story of struggle in which she escaped her homeland, hid for two years before being captured, and endured life in the Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp.

She inspired the 750 in attendance with her message of hope and optimism, despite all the suffering she has endured.

"The best way to find the darkness in the world, is by adding in light".

Eva empowers her audiences to be lamplighters, by increasing in acts of goodness and kindness, and making this world a better place.
